First up is James who has not missed a burger night since day 1!! fitting it was his bday when we went ahead with this one too! it went a little something like this… House bun. Cumin and corriander lamb pattie. Mango chutney. Tandori paneer. Chok pea char. Cucumber raita. Pappadums.

in-a-nut-shell it was.. donut bun. choc parfait pattie smothered in ice magic and rolled in home made milo. white lemon marsh mellow cheese. mint and pistachio fairy floss. marinated strawberries. white choc mayo. raspberry gel seasoned with pop rocks!!!!!!!
we served this sucker with some mango and pineapple fries with salty caramel dip sauce.

Tonights Wednesday burger session will be slightly different. we will be running a two course burger meal.
First up we will be sending out the preview of a new burger which will be making its way to our re-vamped menu (starting next week) in slider form. with a bunch of our tastey ass fries and mayos.

V. “The Septem-burger” Honey glazed house buns, Marinated mozzarella, Eshallot and blackcurrant marmalade, Mapled bacon, Spring slaw, Seeded mustard mayo!
U. The Babekuhl x Publife collab burger “The Hamburg” House bun, Ground beef + Bratwurst pattie with carraway seeds, Crispy potato rosti, Swiss cheese, Hot mustard mayo + Sauerkraut.

Last night we teamed up with our designers Babekuhl to present our third collaboration burger. they guys went to town with all things burger and its surrounds. the burger named “Hamburg” turned out quite fiendish and sold out in a record 40 mins!!! the burger came with a custom burger box. media dvd and mixtape. activity sheet and 5 lucky people won their latest book “Above The Clouds”. burger breakdown to follow.
